Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Operations Executive to support and manage logistics operations, shipment coordination, transportation planning and operational documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse teams, transportation providers and customers to ensure efficient logistics service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.

2. Develop and maintain shipment schedules and delivery arrangements.

3. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transportation providers regarding logistics requirements.

4. Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational delays.

5. Prepare logistics documentation, operational reports and delivery records.

6. Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient movement of goods.

7. Analyse operational performance and recommend process improvements.

8. Assist in managing transportation costs and logistics resource utilisation.

9. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments and deliveries.

10. Support management in logistics planning, operational coordination and service quality improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Relevant experience in logistics operations, transportation or supply chain coordination preferred.

• Knowledge of logistics planning and operational procedures.

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple operational activities and meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of an operations team.
