Job Summary
Join ZINC SALON as a Hair Assistant / Trainee Stylist to support senior stylists and deliver exceptional client service while developing professional hairstyling skills in a dynamic salon environment.
Responsibilities
Assist senior stylists by performing shampooing, blow-drying, scalp treatments, and general hair care to support client satisfaction
Prepare clients for services by providing gowns, refreshments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to enhance client experience
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the salon floor, styling stations, and shampoo area to ensure a safe and professional environment
Manage inventory of salon towels, capes, and hair products to support smooth salon operations
Participate actively in internal training and practice sessions to develop and refine professional hairdressing skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Passion for the beauty and hair industry with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Friendly personality with excellent customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Prior experience or relevant certification in hairdressing is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates and beginners with a positive attitude are welcome (training provided)
