Our client is an established multinational with significant operations across the region. As part of its continued focus on strengthening operational excellence, inventory governance and controls, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Regional Inventory & Operations Lead to join them.

Role

You will provide regional leadership and governance over inventory management across distribution operations, with accountability for inventory accuracy, data integrity and associated financial outcomes. This includes establishing and overseeing the inventory governance framework, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system records, while driving disciplined execution of stock counts, reconciliation and adjustment processes. You will work closely with local operations and inventory teams to identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective and preventative measures across processes, systems and controls. You will also oversee product lifecycle and inventory availability considerations, ensure compliance with relevant audit and governance requirements, and drive continuous improvements across inventory processes and supporting systems.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, with at least 12 years of relevant experience spanning inventory control, operational controls, internal audit and/or finance within a high-volume distribution environment. You have regional or multi-country experience and possess strong familiarity with major WMS and ERP platforms. You are comfortable operating across markets and influencing multiple stakeholders without direct reporting lines. Relevant professional qualifications in supply chain, project management, process improvement and/or finance will be highly advantageous.
