Areas of Responsibility

· Greet, seat, and serve guests per brand service sequence standards

· Take orders accurately and liaise with Kitchen on special requests/allergies

· Upsell menu items and beverages per outlet targets

· Maintain outlet/banquet cleanliness, mise-en-place, and table setup standards

· Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the "Yes I Can!" Experience through performance that demonstrates genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations — gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest/colleague service

· Listens, apologises with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest or colleague problems

· Adheres to hotel policies and procedures: attends work on time as scheduled, follows grooming and hygiene standards, keeps the immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, and maintains a favourable working relationship with all hotel employees

· At all times projects a favourable image of Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya to the public

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
