Job Responsibilities:

• Full charge of sale end-to-end process, i.e. from raising quotation to invoices
• Full charge of supplier orders processing
• Handle business expense reimbursements— e.g., cash, credit cards, etc.
• Filing and scanning of receipts and source documents for accounting entries
• Assist in printing and production of training course materials
• Assist in updating course brochures, marketing and related materials.
• Familiar with sales operations environment
• Provide general office administration and maintenance, like stationery and office pantry supplies
• Experience with the Singapore SkillFuture's Registered Training Provider requirement is an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office apps, especially MS Excel
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player
• Be meticulous and time management skills
