Job Purpose

Managing housekeeping staff, ensuring all hotel or facility areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards, training new employees, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, inspecting rooms and public areas, and coordinating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a safe, appealing environment

Job Description

• Oversee, schedule, and train housekeeping staff, conduct performance evaluations, and motivate the team.
• Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facility spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained according to company standards.
• Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to staff and inspect their work to ensure quality and proper procedures are followed.
• Monitor and manage supplies, linens, and equipment, placing orders when needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping, coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Enforce all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Prepare reports on departmental activities, track staff performance, and assist with hiring.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
