- Manage day-to-day operations of a restaurant
- Develop & Manage the Budget to ensure all costs are in line
- Ensure guest satisfaction and Customer Service Action are implemented
- Ensure seamless running of the outlet most efficiently and effectively, delivering the best service standards
- Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities per companys standard and given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
- Handle customers feedback and complaints, ensuring that improvements are made accordingly
- Maximise revenue, and opportunities and minimize costs without compromising standards and customers' experience
- To ensure staff hygiene and outlet cleanliness at all times.
- To provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
