Job Purpose

To oversee and manage the company's daily operations, including order fulfilment, delivery, installation and quality control, ensuring that all customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently and within the agreed timelines. The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating staff, managing operational costs, minimising errors and improving overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, delivery and installation.
• Plan schedules and manage manpower allocation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, suppliers and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor product quality, investigate errors and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory, material usage and operational costs.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor job progress, resolve operational issues and report performance to Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce errors and control costs.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, production or factory management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in curtains, blinds, manufacturing or installation operations is an advantage.
