About the Role:

The Sales and Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving and expanding the company’s automotive replacement market business across the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving sales targets, and developing effective sales and distribution strategies to support business growth.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle sales in replacement market for automotive products in ASEAN.

• Oversee the sales team of ASEAN.

• Manage the work toward achieving the sales target set by the Company.

• Develop, implement and review strategies sales and distribution plan in line with company vision and mission.

• Increase customer base.

• Perform sales forecasting activities with plant on material forecast, stocks ordering and production output.

• Develop and liaise with plant on new model/product development.

• Manage all account due.

• Develop and review periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client sales expansion.

• Attend to sales enquiries, establish rapport and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Visit dealers frequently to garner sales and understand the market movement and activities.

• Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• Liable to be transferred from position to position or from one department to another at the discretion of the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales.

• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.

• Demonstrate a proven track record in developing successful sales strategies.

• Possess self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve targets.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
