 Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Basic understanding of accounting principles. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team. 
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.

 Accounts Intern / Finance Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts & Finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks. 
• Assist in data entry and recording of financial transactions into the accounting system. 
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. 
• Prepare and organise invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents. 
• Assist in checking invoices, supporting documents and payment details. 
• Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation. 
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and schedules when required. 
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents. 
• Assist the team during month-end and year-end closing activities. 
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
