• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including handling calls and enquiries from purchasers, sales agents, financial institutions, and solicitors.
• Prepare, review, and verify quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and other sales-related matters.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and other relevant sales documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales orders and follow up on outstanding transactions to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all sales-related documents are accurate, properly maintained, and filed in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, update sales records, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, tracking outstanding orders, and providing relevant sales information to the team.
• Perform other sales-related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support the sales team in daily operations to improve workflow efficiency, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
