Experience you need:
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proven leadership in large-scale commercial or retail property operations.
- Expert knowledge of complex M&E infrastructure and building systems.
- Master of operational budget management and strategic cost optimization.
- Track record of driving safety compliance and vendor management.
