Job Summary
Support the sales team by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via email, online channels, and walk-ins to provide clear and helpful information promptly.
Prepare accurate quotations, product information, and relevant sales documentation to support sales opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and enquiries to understand customer needs and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Process sales orders efficiently and provide timely updates to customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Develop product knowledge to answer product-related questions and consult the technical team for detailed specifications or clarifications are required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely, responsive support that enhances satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant sales-support, customer-service or order management experience will also be considered.
At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, sales coordination, or a related role is preferred.
Comfortable handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating sales-related activities.
Knowledge of industrial networking, edge connectivity, or computing solutions is advantageous but not essential as product training will be provided.
Positive and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in sales and strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
