Role Overview

Engagement: Freelance / per-visit

Location: Patients’ homes across Singapore

Schedule: Flexible – choose which cases you want to accept

This role is suitable for Enrolled Nurses looking for flexible homecare opportunities.

Cases are offered based on your qualifications, clinical experience, competencies, location and availability among other factors. You will be able to review the case requirements before deciding whether you would like to take it up.

What You May Do

Depending on the case, your scope of practice and verified competencies, responsibilities may include:

- Monitor vital signs and general patient condition

- Provide routine nursing care within your scope

- Assist with wound care and dressing changes where trained and competent

- Support catheter, NGT or stoma care where appropriate

- Provide post-discharge nursing support

- Observe changes in a patient’s condition and escalate concerns appropriately

- Provide clear handovers to families or other care professionals

- Complete accurate visit notes and documentation

More specialised or complex cases will only be offered where they are appropriate to your training, experience and competency.

Who We’re Looking For

- Currently enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

- Hold a valid Practising Certificate

- Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient or clinical nursing experience

- Current BCLS or CPR + AED certification

- Comfortable providing nursing care independently in a homecare setting

- Able to recognise changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately

- Caring, reliable and professional

- Able to travel independently to patients’ homes

- Legally authorised to take on freelance or additional work in Singapore

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 50.0 per week
