Job Overview

We are seeking organized, strategic, and results-oriented professionals to join our team in Singapore as Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager.

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring the efficient sourcing and distribution of materials, products, and services.

This role involves supplier evaluation, purchasing coordination, inventory planning, logistics management, cost optimization, and operational improvement to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, purchasing terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Evaluate supplier performance, reliability, and product quality.
• Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and other departments to support purchasing requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and established procedures.

2. Supply Chain Manager

• Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify operational improvements.
• Monitor supply chain costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare supply chain reports, performance summaries, and operational forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant professional experience is preferred; candidates with suitable entry-level qualifications may be considered for appropriate positions.
