• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a Mechanical & Electrical environment in the construction field

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or willingness to pursue it (preferred for senior roles)

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC design, electrical distribution and building services

• Familiar with industry standards and building codes in Malaysia

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical skills

• Strong communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time

• Health and safety awareness, with a commitment to high standards on site
