We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and technically capable Livestream Co-Host to support the smooth execution and performance of livestream sessions. The role involves assisting the main host, managing livestream presentation quality, maintaining audience engagement, reviewing performance data, and coordinating schedules with the Host Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge and Live Script Preparation

• Understand product features, benefits, selling points, promotions, and pricing.

• Familiarise yourself with livestream scripts, product sequences, and campaign requirements to ensure accurate and engaging product presentations.
  

Livestream Operations

• Ensure livestream sessions run smoothly and according to the planned schedule.

• Monitor livestream quality and make necessary adjustments to OBS settings, camera angles, lighting, and other technical setups.
  

Host Support and Audience Engagement

• Support the main host in maintaining livestream momentum and audience engagement.

• Take over or assist with hosting during checkout sessions, brief breaks, or other moments when the main host needs support.

• Help maintain a consistent presentation flow and encourage viewer interaction throughout the session.
  

Livestream Performance Analysis

• Analyse livestream performance data and review host sessions to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities to improve engagement and sales performance.

• Utilise AI tools to support data analysis, session reviews, and performance improvement recommendations.
  

Schedule Coordination

• Ensure livestream schedules are followed and sessions start and finish as planned.

• Communicate and coordinate livestream schedules, changes, and arrangements with the Host Management (HR) team.
  

Host Communication and Feedback

• Maintain effective communication with hosts and provide operational support where needed.

• Collect host feedback, identify operational concerns, and help maintain host engagement and performance momentum.
  

Reporting and Communication

• Provide timely updates on livestream progress, operational issues, performance observations, and host feedback to the Person-in-Charge (PIC).

• Escalate issues promptly and follow up on action items to ensure smooth livestream operations.

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Good understanding of product presentation, livestream scripts, and audience engagement techniques.

• Familiarity with OBS, camera setup, lighting, and basic livestream troubleshooting is an advantage.

• Able to understand livestream performance metrics and conduct basic data analysis.

• Comfortable using AI tools to support data analysis and performance reviews.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with hosts and internal teams.

• Previous experience in livestreaming, co-hosting, or live commerce operations is highly preferred.
