We are looking for an experienced SI/PI Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis, simulation, and validation for high-speed digital interfaces across chip, package, and board-level designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SI/PI analysis, simulation, and validation for high-speed digital interfaces across chip, package, and board levels.
• Conduct pre-layout and post-layout SI/PI assessments to ensure design performance and compliance with specifications.
• Develop and validate IBIS, SPICE, and S-parameter models for high-speed channel analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot SI/PI issues, including crosstalk, signal reflections, impedance discontinuities, EMI, and power delivery network (PDN) performance.
• Support high-speed SERDES SI/PI analysis and sign-off for interfaces such as PCIe Gen5/Gen6, USB4, and 56G/112G Ethernet.
• Work closely with substrate and interposer design teams to optimize stack-up, routing, and PDN design.
• Prepare technical analysis reports covering package and system-level performance for customers.
• Develop design guidelines, technical documentation, and best practices for SI/PI optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in SI/PI engineering, particularly pre-layout and post-layout validation.
• Hands-on experience with SI/PI simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS, or equivalent.
• Experience with SPICE-based simulation tools such as HSPICE, Spectre, or LTspice.
• Good understanding of high-speed interface standards, including DDR/LPDDR, PCIe, USB, and Ethernet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SI/PI issues.
