Lead and optimize operational functions by developing policies, managing teams, and ensuring compliance to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction at JAMCUTE PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations
• Enhance systems, processes, and best practices to improve operational performance and outcomes
• Manage daily operations and lead the operations team to achieve departmental goals
• Ensure organizational processes comply with relevant legal regulations and industry standards
• Maintain and enforce health and safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment
• Monitor employee and team performance; deliver coaching, training, and feedback to boost productivity
• Manage budgets, forecast needs, and allocate resources to support business and strategic objectives
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support operational needs
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Conduct quality assurance controls to ensure products and services meet customer expectations
• Track and analyze production KPIs and metrics to monitor operational effectiveness
• Develop initiatives to enhance customer service quality and increase customer satisfaction
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Oversee supply chain management including inventory, production processes, sales, and supplier sourcing
