About the Role

You’ll handle logistics, publicity, participant outreach, and volunteer coordination, while also providing on-site support during events — including some weekend activities. After each event, you’ll support feedback collation, reporting, and follow-ups to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

What You Will Do

Programme & Event Coordination

• Coordinate programme and event arrangements with schools, community partners, and other stakeholders
• Support logistics, publicity, participant outreach, and administrative arrangements
• Coordinate volunteers and partners for engagement activities

On-site Event Support

• Provide on-site support for events and engagement activities, including weekend events where required

Post-event & Administrative Support

• Assist with post-event feedback collation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
• Undertake other duties and assignments as directed

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fields such as Communications, Social Sciences, or Event Management preferred
• Prior experience in community engagement, event coordination, or stakeholder outreach preferred
