• Position: Spare Parts Coordinator (Marine / ERP)
• Location: Near Tuas West Road MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + Annual increment
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine Equipment Manufacturing or Marine Electronics Manufacturer (MNC)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for marine and technical spare parts.
• Review equipment details, technical specifications and part numbers to identify suitable parts.
• Prepare quotations covering pricing, lead time, delivery terms and product information.
• Follow up on quotations and customer requirements to secure orders.
• Source parts from approved suppliers, manufacturers and alternative sources.
• Compare supplier pricing, availability and delivery lead times.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on order placement and supplier follow-up.
• Identify alternative or substitute parts when original parts are unavailable.
• Process quotations, sales orders and related documents in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor outstanding orders, shortages and delivery delays and take appropriate follow-up action.
• Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product and pricing records.
• Prepare reports on quotations, orders and outstanding enquiries.
• Handle customer order discrepancies and provide timely updates.
• Build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in spare parts coordination, inside sales, purchasing, customer service or supply chain operations.
• Experience in marine, engineering, industrial equipment or technical services will be advantageous.
• Able to interpret part numbers, equipment details and basic technical specifications.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision will be advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and orders concurrently.
• Knowledge of marine navigation, communication, electrical or mechanical spare parts will be advantageous.
