Previous experience in production coordination, warehouse operations or a related field is preferred.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory record management.

Good communication, organisational and time management skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Coordinate daily production schedules and warehouse activities.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

Arrange incoming and outgoing materials, including receiving, storage and dispatch.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Prepare and update production reports, inventory records and delivery documents.

Ensure proper storage and organisation of warehouse materials.

Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
