Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance - Facility Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di MRD Johor - Maukerja

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical installations, equipment and factory facilities according to the maintenance schedule.
• Monitor and maintain the factory's electrical systems, including lighting, power supply, wiring, switches, sockets and distribution boards.
• Carry out basic electrical wiring, installation, testing and repair works in accordance with safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Perform general building and facility maintenance, including plumbing, water supply, drainage, lighting, doors and other building-related facilities.
• Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns from various departments and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures, electrical safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors or service providers for specialised repair, servicing and maintenance works when required.
• Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, repair activities, equipment servicing, breakdown reports and spare parts usage.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and prepare requisitions to ensure sufficient maintenance materials and tools are available.
• Ensure all maintenance tools, equipment and spare parts are properly stored and maintained in good working condition.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in assigned work areas.
• Support factory renovation, installation, relocation and improvement projects involving machinery, electrical systems and building facilities.
• Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance or a related technical field.
• Must possess a valid and recognised Electrical Wiring Certificate, such as PW2, PW4 or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in electrical, machinery or facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, electrical installation and maintenance.
• Able to perform general building maintenance, plumbing, mechanical repair and basic fabrication works.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance practices, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
• Responsible, disciplined, safety-conscious and willing to work overtime when required.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with other departments.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
