Kerja Sepenuh Masa Davenport Master Machine Setter, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di PEM Fasteners (Malaysia) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform complete setup and adjustment of Davenport screw machines for production runs, ensuring part accuracy and consistency.
• Train and guide new setters and operators in proper setup procedures, tooling alignment, and safety practices.
• Support machine commissioning and facility expansion, including installation and integration of new equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues.
• Continuously improve cycle times and process reliability through fine-tuning and data analysis.
• Maintain documentation of setups, tooling configurations, and process parameters.
• Provide technical input to supervisors for production planning and tooling development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical input to supervisors for production planning and tooling development.
• Better understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Davenport or similar multi-spindle automatic machines or equivalent.
• Technical education or certification in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic fields.
• Proven expertise in precision setup & process optimization.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting machine problems, tooling wear, production defects, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
