Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions from scratch

• Build and optimize AI chat systems for platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging channels

• Develop intelligent automation workflows to improve customer communication and operational efficiency

• Collaborate closely with marketing and operational teams to create AI-driven engagement strategies

• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve AI performance and user experience

• Research and implement the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Have 2 years experience in AI Specialist

• Proven experience building AI systems, chatbots, or automation solutions from the ground up

• Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Experience integrating AI solutions with WhatsApp, Telegram, APIs, CRM systems, or similar platforms

• Proficiency in AI tools, prompt engineering, automation platforms, and workflow design

• Background in FinTech, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, or related industries is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative mindset

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Working Schedule

• 10 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

• 6 days off per month
