Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute construction projects from tender stage through to project completion.

• Oversee both Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and new building construction projects.

• Manage project budgets, costing, claims, variations and contractual matters.

• Prepare monthly project cost reports, management reports and progress reports.

• Monitor project schedules, work progress and overall project performance to ensure timely completion.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and clients.

• Chair weekly site coordination meetings with consultants and clients to discuss project progress and resolve outstanding issues.

• Ensure all works comply with contractual requirements, approved drawings, quality standards and workplace safety regulations.

• Identify potential project risks, resolve site issues and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in the construction industry.

• Proven experience in both A&A works and new building construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction project management, planning, budgeting, costing and contract administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and other project management software.

• Strong negotiation, leadership, coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
