- Perform therapy techniques, stretching, and guided exercises to support patient recovery and overall wellbeing.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patients' progress and provide feedback to the clinical team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by delivering excellent patient care and service.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives, including workshops, events, roadshows, health talks, corporate outreach, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical knowledge and therapy skills.
- Uphold professional standards, clinic protocols, and patient confidentiality at all times.
