about the job:
This is a 1 year renewable contract position designed to support daily service and technical operations within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing end-to-end service coordination and equipment maintenance workflows to ensure key turnaround targets are consistently met.
• Managing inventory movement, return procedures, and logistics for specialized equipment, components, and tools.
• Analyzing operational data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports to identify efficiency gaps and drive process enhancements.
• Liaising closely with cross-functional internal teams and external vendor partners to maintain seamless operations.

skills and experience required:

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in service coordination, sales support operations, project tracking, or manufacturing logistics.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Word. Experience working with enterprise platforms (such as SAP, ERP, or technical service software) is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and sound problem-solving abilities.
