ABOUT THE ROLE

You own Meta paid social end to end — strategy, execution, scaling and reporting. You'll be hands-on in Ads Manager daily, while mentoring a small team of buyers. You get an objective and a budget, and you come back with a plan and a result.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, launch, optimise and scale full-funnel Meta campaigns; own at least RM 100k+ monthly spend against ROAS/CPA targets
• Structure accounts properly — campaign architecture, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks
• Manage pixel, CAPI, catalogue/DPA setup and troubleshoot tracking with the web team
• Lead and QA the work of junior buyers; set testing, naming and reporting standards
• Brief creative teams on hooks, formats and angles based on performance data
• Present results and recommendations directly to clients / management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in paid social, with 2+ years focused on Meta Ads
• 1–2+ years mentoring or leading buyers (formal title not required)
• Proven track record managing meaningful monthly budgets — be ready to talk actual numbers
• Deep Meta Business Manager knowledge: CAPI, catalogues, Advantage+, attribution, troubleshooting
• Strong analytics and creative judgement — you can explain why, not just what
• Self-directed: you set your own priorities, manage deadlines and flag problems early

BONUS POINTS

• Programmatic advertising experience — hands-on with a DSP such as DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP, including PMP or programmatic guaranteed deals
• Experience running campaigns in overseas markets SEA / US / EU— localisation, currency and timezone management, market-specific creative
• TikTok Ads or Google Ads experience
• Agency background
