Tanggungjawab

Job Description

  • Support digitalisation of administrative processes using Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, SharePoint)
  • Help collect, organise, and update company and statutory data
  • Assist in handling large sets of records and documents accurately
  • Prepare simple summaries or reports based on data and information collected
  • Assist in preparing basic statutory documents and forms
  • Maintain and update statutory and corporate records
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties when needed
  • Support team members through basic research and information gathering for projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Corporate Communication/ Data Science or any equivalent
  • Able to commit at least 10 weeks of internship
  • Understanding automation language, excel formula will be an added advantage.
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Working Location: Wisma Genting, Jalan Sultan Ismail
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
