Job Summary

Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns to attract and hire frontline operators, assemblers, and technical staff for plant operations. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders to meet staffing targets and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract large pools of frontline operators, assemblers, and technical staff for manufacturing plants.
• Conduct rapid candidate evaluations, including initial interviews and baseline skills or safety assessments, to meet aggressive plant staffing targets.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition, sourcing, offer execution, medical and background compliance, to onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with production managers and HR business partners to forecast shift-based manpower needs and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as cost-per-hire, drop-off rates, and time-to-fill to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and safety regulations relevant to plant environments.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, mass staffing, or agency/in-house manufacturing talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of plant environments, shift work dynamics, safety protocols (e.g., ISO, cleanroom standards), and industrial labor markets.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows efficiently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
