• Position: Admin Executive

• Location: Raffles Quay (Walking Distance from Telok Ayer MRT Station)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + 1-Month AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days Annual Leave + Flexi Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine Insurance Broking

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

• Maintain and update client and service-provider records.

• Prepare and process routine documentation relating to insurance matters and claims.

• Assist with invoice preparation, issuance and data entry.

• Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing records.

• Support routine correspondence and follow-up with internal and external parties.

• Handle documents and records accurately and confidentially.

• Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.

• No prior insurance or marine-industry experience required; training will be provided.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Organised and detail-oriented, with good administrative and communication skills.
