Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Executive to support our dailyoffice and construction-related administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative work.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents.
Handle emails, filing and data entry.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Assist with project and site administrative matters.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist with MOM, BCA, insurance and other submissions when required.
Provide administrative support to the management and project team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines

Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
