We are partnering with a global Medical Devices MNC with an extensive portfolio of medical and surgical products across consumables and equipment. With a strong international presence and ambitious expansion plans across emerging Asia markets, they are now looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead commercial growth, strengthen distribution networks, and accelerate market expansion.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC President, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing distributor networks across emerging Asia markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, identify new distribution partners, strengthen existing channel relationships, and drive market penetration across the region.

A key focus will be Distributor Management & Channel Development, including partner onboarding, performance management, joint business planning, and identifying new revenue opportunities. In addition, you will lead a small Direct Sales team, oversee sales forecasting, and work closely with regional stakeholders to execute commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 8 – 10 years of Sales, Business Development, and/or Channel Management experience within the Medical Devices / MedTech sector. You will need to have extensive regional exposure across Southeast Asia and emerging Asia markets, with a strong established network of medical device distributors across the region.

Having proven experience in Distributor Development, Channel Sales, and Regional Business Expansion will be essential. You will also need to have prior people management experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead both direct and indirect sales channels.
