About the Role
Security Operations (SOC) Team Lead is responsible to protect enterprise infrastructure through real-time monitoring, incident response, and administration of critical security tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of SOC Analyst/ engineers.
• Monitor and analyze security logs/alerts to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
• Manage security tools: Tenable, CyberArk PAM,Carbon Black EDR, IBM Guardium DAM, RSA SecurID.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, appliance updates, and firmware/software upgrades.
• Onboard/offboard privileged accounts; maintain access controls.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Support compliance and audit requirements.
