Job Responsibilities

• Support daily healthcare operations and project coordination.

• Liaise with clinical teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with service planning, procurement and workflow improvements.

• Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables.

• Prepare reports, presentations and administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related disciplines.

• Experience in healthcare operations or project coordination is advantageous.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
