Job Description
Join an established international luxury fashion brand at Changi Airport! We are seeking customer-focused Retail Associates who enjoy fashion, sales and delivering excellent service to travellers from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service to international travellers.
Recommend suitable handbags, leather goods, travel accessories and seasonal collections.
Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and attentive service.
Share information about new collections, promotions and travel-exclusive products.
Handle cashiering, payments and tax-free transactions.
Maintain store displays, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and daily boutique operations.
Address customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
Follow store procedures and airport security requirements.
Requirements
Preferably 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, leather goods or travel retail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Interest in luxury fashion and customer service.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Able to meet applicable airport security and access requirements.
