Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
Monthly Rest Days: 7
Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations and administrative matters
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other employee-related processes
Handle attendance, leave records, and general HR correspondence
Prepare and organize HR reports, forms, and supporting documents
Coordinate with employees and internal departments on HR matters
Support supervisors and management with assigned HR tasks
Perform general administrative duties when required
Requirements:
More than 2 years of relevant HR Assistant or Human Resources experience
Good knowledge of general HR administration and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and coordinate effectively with supervisors
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Stable employment history is preferred
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
