Role Description: The Valuation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for assisting in property and land valuations related to compulsory acquisition cases and dispute matters for submission to the high court. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing market data, reviewing legal and contractual documentation, preparing valuation reports, and supporting senior valuers in client presentations. The Valuation Executive will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal professionals to ensure valuations are accurate, compliant, and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in valuation-related skills for various properties.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret market data, legal documentation, and financial information.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate, property management, or a related field.
• Experience or exposure to property valuation, corporate real estate, or land acquisition work is an advantage.
• Ability to produce clear, structured valuation reports and work accurately under deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with legal teams, clients, and authorities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail, with willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory requirements.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
