• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nutrition, Health Science or a related field.

• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in direct selling, MLM, FMCG, health & wellness, nutrition, training or related industries.

• Strong public speaking, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Confident and energetic personality with the ability to engage a large audience.

• Able to conduct presentations in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and distributor development.

• Able to work independently and travel for company events and training programmes.

• Compliance-conscious and able to communicate product and income-related information accurately without making unapproved or misleading claims.

• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a trainer, emcee, seminar speaker, product educator or business opportunity presenter.

• Experience working with distributor networks or MLM/direct selling organisations.

• Knowledge of health, nutrition, wellness or beauty products.

• Certification in training, nutrition, health or related fields is an advantage.

• Conduct product introduction, company presentation and marketing opportunity sessions for distributors and prospective members.

• Deliver engaging presentations during business opportunity meetings, product launches, seminars, trainings and company events.

• Explain product features, usage, positioning and approved marketing information accurately.

• Train distributors on product knowledge, presentation skills, customer communication and ethical marketing practices.

• Develop and deliver training materials, presentation slides, scripts and supporting marketing content.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Training and Compliance teams to ensure all presentations and promotional materials comply with company policies and applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

• Support distributor recruitment, team development and market expansion activities through approved presentations and training programmes.

• Conduct regular training sessions and provide coaching to distributors and team leaders.

• Stay updated on product information, company policies, market trends and relevant direct selling regulations.

• Travel to different locations when required to support seminars, roadshows, training sessions and company events.

• Collect market feedback and provide recommendations to management on training and marketing activities.
