About the role
We are looking for a Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth production operations, product quality, and continuous improvement as our product portfolio and production volume continue to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to minimize production disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support NPI and Equipment teams to ensure smooth product introduction, equipment readiness, and production line operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Evaluate equipment and process requirements and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements where necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPI, and Equipment teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, environmental, and company standards.
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles.
- Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
