• Develop and implement corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness, compliance, and continuous business improvement.
• Drive organizational transformation, business process optimization, digitalization, and change management initiatives across the Group.
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive Management on corporate governance, organizational development, workforce planning, operational risks, and business sustainability.
• Ensure effective management of corporate resources, budgets, assets, facilities, and administrative functions to maximize operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business units to align corporate support functions with operational and commercial objectives while promoting service excellence throughout the organization.
• Establish performance standards, monitor departmental KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead corporate IT initiatives to improve business systems, cybersecurity awareness, digital transformation, and technology governance.
• Oversee corporate branding, marketing support, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the Group's corporate image and market presence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies while identifying and mitigating organizational risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory authorities, business partners, consultants, and service providers.
• Support regional business expansion and provide strategic oversight for multi-country corporate support operations where applicable.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
