Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, organised and creative individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Design Assistant.

You will assist in managing online stores, uniform orders and daily design-related tasks. This role is suitable for individuals looking to gain an experience in e-commerce, merchandise and creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Store

• Assist in managing seasonal online stores.
• Upload and update product listings, photos, descriptions and prices.
• Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory records.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries.

2. Uniform Orders & Coordination

• Assist in handling school uniform orders.
• Prepare order details and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams.
• Follow-up on order progress and delivery schedules.
• Check order details to ensure accuracy.

3. Basic Design & Creative Support

• Assist in preparing simple product artwork, mock-ups and promotional materials.
• Make basic adjustments based on customer or company requirements.
• Support the delivery of new merchandise.
• Assist with product photography and image editing when needed.
• Perform other general creative and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Availability - immediate hiring. Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma qualification.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheets).
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Familiarity with Shopee or online selling platforms is preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with guidance.
