Kerja Internship For Purchasing Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di WR7 Manufacturing Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably in the furniture or renovation industry.

Knowledge of boards, hardware and renovation materials is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive in following up on orders.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with SQL Accounting is an advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin with suppliers and internal teams, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Purchase boards, hardware, fittings and renovation materials based on project and production requirements.

Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare purchase orders (POs), follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries.

Coordinate with the design, project, production and warehouse teams on material specifications, quantities and required delivery dates.

Handle material shortages, incorrect deliveries, damaged items and returns.

Maintain purchasing records, supplier information and supporting documents for the accounts team.
