Glad2Glow Malaysia is hiring a Livestream Assistant to support engaging livestream sessions and create eye-catching TikTok video content. Join our growing team and be part of the exciting world of beauty, live commerce, and e-commerce!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate livestream hosts, schedules, shifts, and daily operations to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare livestream products, equipment, and setups while ensuring SOP compliance
• Shoot and compile short-form video content for TikTok ads
• Review video quality, engagement, and performance analytics to identify improvements
• Develop video concepts, creative direction, and adapt editing styles to current TikTok trends
• Stay updated on skincare, beauty, and social media trends

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Media, Broadcasting, or related fields.
• Livestream or e-commerce experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
• Proficient in CapCut and Canva, with strong video editing skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Independent, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational rest days, including weekends when required.
• Able to work rotational shifts and extended campaign shifts

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,250.00 per month
