MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is recruiting on behalf of an established glass manufacturing company that forms part of an international group.

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM7,000 per month

About the role

Manage warehouse operations and inventory through China headquarters’ ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS), while coordinating with headquarters and local purchasing, production, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage goods receiving, issuing, stock transfers and inventory updates through ERP/WMS.

• Ensure accurate material codes, barcode identification, stock records and warehouse documentation.

• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, packaging materials and finished glass products to support production schedules.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve system-related issues with headquarters’ IT team.

• Prepare inventory movement, stock ageing and variance reports.

• Improve storage utilization, picking accuracy and material handling efficiency.

• Train local warehouse personnel on headquarters’ systems and operating procedures.

Relevant experience includes:

• Warehouse operations and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on use of ERP/WMS for inventory transactions and reporting.

• Stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and warehouse process improvement.

• Coordination with overseas headquarters, suppliers or logistics teams.
