We're looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Influencer Marketing to join a growing marketing agency.

You'll work closely with brands, advertising agencies and influencer management teams to develop partnerships and bring impactful campaigns to life.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in selling KOL / Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Experience working with brands, marketing agencies or influencer platforms is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and brand campaign objectives
• Confident in pitching ideas, presenting proposals and negotiating with clients
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and close sales
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Results-driven, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Existing connections with brands, marketing teams or advertising agencies are an advantage

What You'll Be Doing

Build Brand Partnerships

• Identify new business opportunities for influencer and KOL marketing campaigns
• Approach brands, marketing teams and advertising agencies
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and business partners

Pitch & Close Influencer Campaigns

• Present KOL marketing strategies and creative campaign concepts
• Prepare proposals, quotations and campaign recommendations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

Collaborate & Deliver Results

• Work with influencer management teams to recommend suitable KOLs
• Understand client objectives and recommend effective influencer strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and share useful insights with clients
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and industry opportunities
