Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, lifestyle or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Confident in conducting consultations and explaining products to customers.

Sales-driven, motivated and target-oriented.

Professional, friendly and able to build good customer relationships.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and attending events or exhibitions when required.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

Experience in wellness, sauna, hospitality or premium lifestyle products is an added advantage.

Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and other relevant channels.

Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable Aurae products and wellness packages.

Explain Aurae wellness treatments, products, package features, benefits and pricing clearly to customers.

Conduct product and wellness consultations professionally at the showroom or other designated locations.

Follow up with potential and existing customers to support sales conversion and customer retention.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer information, consultation records and sales records.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.

Assist with showroom operations, customer appointments, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

Identify and develop new customer opportunities, including local business and corporate clients where applicable.

Stay updated on Aurae products, wellness packages, services, industry trends and company SOPs.

Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience throughout the consultation and sales process
