The Admin Supervisor provides the trainee with practical, structured exposure to administrative supervision and office operations within an engineering and technology company. The participant will gain hands-on experience in coordinating administrative activities, managing company documents and records, scheduling meetings, supporting project and engineering teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and assisting with internal communication.
It includes the following:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily office administrative activities.
2. Maintain company documents, records, and filing systems.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and office activities.
4. Provide administrative support to engineering and project teams.
5. Coordinate internal and external communication with clients and vendors.
6. Guide and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
7. Assist with procurement, quotations, invoices, and vendor coordination.
8. Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
9. Review and improve administrative procedures and workflow processes.
10. Ensure administrative activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
