  • Step into a pivotal application analysis role to lead end-to-end requirement design, system integration, and solution delivery across key customer management platforms.
  • Manage functional requirement gathering, end-to-end analysis, and application technical design across cross-functional domain teams.
  • Lead interface development, system security reviews, and deployment cutover strategies in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development managers, and vendor partners to deliver enterprise software solutions.
  • Design system test strategies, test plans, and release change management workflows to maintain application performance and quality.
  • Formulate comprehensive technical architecture documentation, standard operating procedures, and pre-project solution proposals.

skills and experience required.

  • Strong background in functional requirement management, business process modeling, and object-oriented system design techniques.
  • Hands-on proficiency in C# .Net, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Java, and Enterprise Service Bus or Messaging Queue integration.
  • Practical experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizing and configuring enterprise customer relationship management platforms and managing API batch file integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development frameworks, Scrum delivery methodologies, and continuous integration workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical architecture diagrams.
